Novelist (b. 1910, Leskovik / Macedonia – d. 2 February 1971, İstanbul). He attended primary school in İstanbul (1924), elementary school in Mersin (1927) and graduated from high school in Antalya (1930). He wrote for the local newspapers while was working at French bank in Mersin (1932). He worked as a reporter, secretary and editor in chief in the newspapers Cumhuriyet (1932), Son Posta (1933), Yeni Sabah (1940-45), Yarın (1946) and Memleket (1947-48). He published the Yeşim Publishing House in 1965. He wrote serial novels in the newspaper Son Havadis in his late years.

NOVEL: İçimizde Biri (One of Us, 1936), Dişi Örümcek (Female Spider, 1937), Efeler (Swashbucklers, 1938), Zümrüt Gözlü Sultan (Sultan with Emerald- Green Eyes, historical novel, life of Hürrem Sultan, 1965), Nasreddin Hoca (Nasreddin Hodja, all anecdotes, 1966), Allah'ın Gazapları (Wraths of God, in 4 volumes, 1967), Allah'ın Peygamberleri (Prophets of God, in 2 volumes, 1968), Ovaya İnen Şahin (Falcon That Settle Into the Plain, 1971), Dünyayı Güldüren Adam (The Man Who Amuses the World, 2004).
