Resarcher-writer (b. 7 October 1943, Tarsus / İçel – d. 1 December 2014, İstanbul). He graduated from İstanbul University, Faculty of Literature (1966). He entered Hacettepe University as assistant in 1967. He worked as teacher at İstanbul İmam Hatip High School for a while, (1969-72) as lecturer at İstanbul Advanced Islam Institute (1972-79). Later he entered Sakarya State Academy of Engineering and Architecture and became professor in 1985. Later he served as İstanbul Private Fatih Hospital Chairman, consultant of İstanbul Metropolitan Municipality. His articles were published in reviews such as İslami Edebiyat. He is a member of National Culture Foundation of Turkey, Union of World’s Islamic Scientists (Islamabad/Pakistan).

Osmanlı Hukuk Tarihinde Mecelle (Islamic Code, in Otoman History of Law, 1973), Tarihimizde Vakıf Müessesesi (Foundations in our History, 1976), Basic Principles of Primary School Education in Ottoman Empire (1978), Osmanlılarda Yüksek Teknik Eğitim (High Technical Education in Ottoman Empire, 1979), İslâm Türk Medeniyeti Tarihi (History of Islamic Turkish Civilization, 1980).
