Researcher of literature, poet (b. 1939, Prizren / Kosova). He attended primary school, secondary school and high school in the city where he was born. He worked as a teacher in Üsküp, as a journalist in Pristine for a while and then graduated from Sarajevo University Department of Orientalism. After becoming a researcher of Turkish language at Pristina University, Faculty of Philology, he received his PhD with his thesis Prizren Türk Halkı Edebiyatı ve Ağız Hususiyetleri”(Prizren Turkish Folk Literature and Characteristics of Local Dialects).

Then he became the Head of Skopje and Pristina Universities, Departments of Turkish Language and Literature. He still works in Pristina. His articles have been published in the magazines Çevren ve Sevinç and in Birlik newspaper.
