Poet and translator (b. 23
June 1913, Ganca, Azerbaijan-d. 9 July 1981). He completed his secondary and
higher education in Baku. He graduated from Moscow Institute of
Pedagogies. He served as teacher that he
began to poem in. He served in various publishing houses. He gave place to
children in his poems. He translated Eastern and Russian classics.
