Storywriter (b. 4 October 1940,
Bursa). Her full name is Fatma Neşe Karel. She used the pen name Fatma Alagöz
in her first stories. She graduated from Manisa High School (1959) then she
lived for two years in Germany (1972-74). She hasn’t done anything else other
than writing. She is a member of the Antalya Artists Association, the Turkish
Authors Association, the Writers Syndicate of Turkey and the Turkish Language
Society.
Her first story named “Cockfight” was published in Atayolu
(İzmir) magazine in 1988. She has published her essays and articles since 1975
in the magazines Varlık, Atayolu, Yaba,
Yaba Öykü, Karşı, Temmuz, Sanat Rehberi, Yazıt, Kırk Merdiven, Akdeniz Sanat,
Eşik, Aykırı Sanat, Çağdaş Türk Dili, İnsancıl, Ansan Sanat, Portakal, Morca,
Kıyı, Dört Mevsim, Anadili, Pencere, Bahçe, Güzel Yazılar, Dil Dergisi, Damar,
Düşlük, Amik and in newspapers published abroad and in Turkish national
newspapers. She also published Türkiye’de
