Writer (b. 1926, İstanbul – d. 28 July 2003, İstanbul). He is the first person to prepare an oratory book in Turkey called Güzel ve Tesirli Konuşma (Speaking Well and Effectively). He held the first oratory course for businessmen in Turkey. Later, he went to the United Kingdom where he stayed a long time. He worked as a broadcaster on the BBC, and in New York, where he lived for a while; he prepared an 800-page work consisting of idioms, proverbs, verses and synonyms. He returned home in 1972 and started to write for the newspaper Ortadoğu. He gave oratory classes at the İstanbul branch of the Turkish Guild. He is famous for his presentation and sensitivity in using Turkish properly and tried to enforce this idea at seminars, courses, and conferences and on TV programs in various Turkish cities. He received the Turkish Guilds Service Award. He was buried in İstanbul after a funeral at Odabaşı Mosque.    

He was an important traveler as well as being a writer. He returned to Turkey after 1.5 years of traveling and wrote his book Bir Türk Vatana Döndü (A Turk Returned Home). He set off with 300 dollars in 1960 but the money finished before he arrived in Lebanon. He sold his gold watch, one of his cameras and his ink pen. Six of his articles appeared in one of the biggest newspapers in Japan. He visited the United Kingdom, Belgium, Holland, Germany, France, Spain, Morocco, Tunisia, Algeria, Libya, Egypt, Cyprus, Israel, Lebanon, Syria, Jordan, Iraq, South Arabia, Iran, Abadan, Afghanistan, Pakistan, Bombay, the Taj Mahal, Bangladesh, Burma, Thailand, Malaya, Singapore, and Hong Kong. During his stay in the United Kingdom, he published the magazine Kıbrıs Türktür (Cyprus is Turkish). He won the Writers Union of Turkey 1977 Translation award with his translation of İktidarın Temelleri (The Foundations of Power).
