Playwright (b. 1911, İstanbul – d. 8 October 1980).  He is a graduate of the Construction Department of İstanbul Advanced Technical School.  He worked as a construction engineer at the Ministry of Public Works in the Ankara Directorate of Construction (1947) and at the Ministry of Scientific Works.  He worked as a decorator at the Ankara State Theatres until he retired.  His plays were staged at the İstanbul City Theatres and in State Theatres.

WORKS:

PLAY: Branda Bezi (Canvas, 1952), Fatih (Conqueror, 1953), Dumanlıda Telaki Var (There is Meeting in The Mist, 1964), Merdiven (Stairs, 1966).

STAGED PLAYS: Melekler ve İnsanlar (Angels and People, 1950-51), Çığ (Avalanche, 1953), Çivi Çiviyi Söker (Pin by Pin Unstitches, 1962), İpler Elimizde Değil (The Ropes are Not in Our Hands, 1967-68), Analar Babalar Okulu (School of Mothers and Fathers, 1967), Gecikenler (Late Comers, 1968), Kör Kadı (Blind Judge, 1970). He also wrote a story called Bir Haylazın Hikâyeleri (An Idler’s Stories).
