Public
Manager, Governor of Yozgat. He was born in 1965 in Tokat and completed his
primary and secondary education in Tokat. He graduated from Ankara University,
Faculty of Political Sciences, Department of Social Policy in 1987.
In
1988, he was appointed as the candidate of the district governor of Şanlıurfa.
Kemal
yurtaç, who was sent to England for information, manners and language training
for a year in 1989, later served as the deputy governor of Denizli - Çardak and
Honaz counties.
Between
1991-1993 Sinop-dikmen ;
Between
1993-1995 Bingöl-solhan and Siirt-till;
Between
the years 1995-1997, he was a district governor in the districts of Samsun -
Ladik.
Deputy
Governor of Erzincan between 1997-2000,
Vice
Governor of Giresun between 2000-2003,
He
served as deputy governor of Denizli between 2003-2006.
After
having served as Head of Strategy Development Department of Ministry of
Interior in 2007 and as legal advisor, Prof. Dr. M. M. Said Yazicioğlu and
Faruk Çelik served as Minister consultant.
During
this period, he worked on developing strategies for the problems of the
citizens living abroad and the establishment of the presidency of the Turkish
and related communities abroad under the Prime Ministry, actively involved in
the writing and implementation of the law. He was the President of this
institution until 2014.
During
this task, he participated in many national and international visits and
working meetings and worked in detail on the problems of our citizens living
abroad, the development of relations with the Turkish world and the Ottoman
geography, the mobilization of non-governmental organizations that constitute
the lobby force abroad and the education of foreign students in Turkey.
From
2014 to 2016, Kemal Yurtnac was appointed to the governorship of Yozgat with
the decision of the Council of Ministers dated 30.05.2016/8864. As of June 10,
2016, Yozgat started to serve as Governor.
Kemal
Yurtnac is married and has two children and speaks English, middle-level Arabic
and Georgian.
