Poet author ( b.1945 Hacıbektaş /
Nevşehir - d. 26 November 2018, Eskişehir). He is a graduate of Police
Academy. He attended to Ankara University Law and Education Faculties .He
received expertise certificate about minerals,valuable Stones From Anatolia
University ,Engineer Faculty .Since 1964
he has worked as police chief and police
inspector in Eskişehir and Ankara. He retired in 2005.He is the member of
Dünya Sanat ve Kültür Akademisi ( World
Academy of Art and Culture ,Association of
Music Artists ,Dünya Şairleri Konseyi ( Council of World Poets,Poetry Rewiev), İlesam Turkey
Profession Union of Literary and Scientific Works Owners and Turkey Authors
Union.
His first poem was appearedi n
Hürriyet News paper in 1964.His later poems have been published in Gülpınar,
Defne, Çağrı ,Türk Dili, Ozan ,İstiklal,Size, Hürriyet,Sakarya,2 Eylül and Bakış Rewievs and various news papers.His two
hundred forty poems have been compused in the category of turkish musis,two of
them pop music and three of them children songs. Five poems of Nedim Uçar accepted as marchs. His two
hundred poems have been translated to foreign languages .He won hundreds of
awards in the national and international

in Mexico,America and Canada (1993),He was given World literarure Doctorate
