Soldier, politician, curator (B. 1861, İstanbul- D. 1926, İstanbul).  He completed his secondary school, high school and higher education in military schools. He completed Military Academy as an artillery supreme major. He worked as a teacher in Military Academy and Gunner Staff and Military Engineer School. He was sent for research about modern guns to Germany and France by Abdülhamid the Second. On November 19, 1888, when he was a colonel, he was assigned as mechanical teacher in School of Administration High School. After he worked twelve years on this duty, he quit his job in 1900. In 1908, he became lieutenant general. He established military museum. In 1923, he was retired as a full general. He was known with his museum curator identity.
