Movie actress (Born 28 June 1936, Ankara – Death 26 March 1995, Istanbul). She started her movie career by winning the competition of Yıldız magazine during her secondary education. (1952). She acted for the first time in the movie Çakırcalı Mehmet Efe’nin Definesi directed by Faruk Kenç. She obtained the 2nd place in Turkey in the Beauty Contest organized in 1953. She became the most active and beloved actress of Turkish movie sector in that period.

Aside from her movies with numerous famous names such as Zeki Müren and Tanju Gürsu,  “Küçük Hanımefendi” series in which she shared the leading role with Ayhan Işık was one of the most watched movies. She became famous as “Küçük Hanımefendi” (the Young Lady)  Belgin Doruk who was the wanted character of melodramas and emotional comedies moved away from movie world after 1975. She received the prize of best actress with her movie Öldüren Şehir in Turkish Friends of Film Association (1953), and with her movie Yuvanın Bekçileri in Antalya AltınPortakal Film Festival (1970).
