Writer (b. 1 May 1910, İstanbul – d. 22 February 1975, İstanbul). He was the brother of Hüseyin Nihal Atsız. He graduated from İstanbul High School for Boys and İstanbul University, Faculty of Literature, Department of Turkish Language and Literature. He worked as a teacher of literature in Sivas, Balıkesir, Edirne, Zonguldak and Ankara High Schools and at the Anka Police College. He was dismissed from being a teacher on the grounds of making Turanism propaganda in 1944.

He was able to return to his job in 1950. He worked for the National Library for a while. He retired while he was a teacher of literature at Ankara Gazi High School. He settled in İstanbul after he retired. His articles and research were published in reviews such as Ötüken. He dealt mainly with the struggle of Turkish nationalism and communism in his articles.
